Keyword meta tag is controversial as it was originally used by Search Engines to index a page. But over the years webmasters spammed it with irrelevant keywords. Thus, Search Engines do not rely on this tag. It's okay to have the tag with specific keywords.
Description meta tags:

Description meta tag is used to display information about the page which is widely used by search engines in the search result page. Place a concise and descriptive text on this tag as this is what users generally read on the search result page.

- Use title casing with keywords in the phrases
- Description text is the reason user will click
- Don't over flow the size to 65 characters
- Don't write longer sentence structure
- Don't duplicate the description text on other pages
